About Hany
After a decade in executive management roles, CEO for six of those years leading a global logistics business that partnered with some of the world’s largest global brands and Fortune 500 companies, I decided to disrupt my career and the trajectory of my life.
Using time on sabbatical with my family to reflect on my experiences to that point and inspired by the purpose, values and impact I wanted to have on the remainder of my journey, I began to choose and articulate what lay ahead in my personal and professional future.
The learnings and new insights gained during this reflection have informed and evolved my views on mindsets, leadership and business as well as the importance of authentic communication and genuine connection with people.
I believe effective high performance leadership starts when individuals, on a very human level, can own their true voice and authentically express themselves. It is enhanced when we can instigate, encourage and participate in courageously vulnerable conversations and very importantly act in total alignment with our purpose and values.

Today, I am the Founder of I AM COACH, offering one to one leadership and business coaching, mentoring and public speaking training programs aimed at empowering executives and aspiring leaders (we are all leaders at some point) to discover courage and confidence in vulnerability, to harness the power of their unique personal story, to master the art of openly sharing and in so doing inspire their people and tribes to do likewise.
Understanding the connection between self-acceptance and the confidence to speak one’s truth, I interweave my personal journey by reconciling the experience of a childhood trauma and confronting the hardest conversation in my life. By sharing my own story, I hope to demonstrate the power of courageous communication and the ability it has to transform relationships, elevate leadership capability and create powerfully positive outcomes in the personal and professional lives of my clients.
